14-day right of withdrawal
In accordance with GEO 34/2014, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that period at contact@squeedo.ro with your order number and the products you wish to return.
How returns work
- Send the products back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, to the address we confirm by e-mail.
- The direct cost of returning the products is borne by you.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible, complete and unused. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the products.
- For hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed and used (e.g. opened foams, sprays or wipes) may be subject to a diminished-value assessment.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Under GEO 140/2021, all products benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us at contact@squeedo.ro and we will repair, replace or refund it, in accordance with the law.
Alternative dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may use the ANPC alternative dispute resolution (SAL) platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
