These terms govern the use of squeedo.ro and all orders placed through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

All products are shoe-care products intended for the uses described on their pages. An order becomes a binding contract when we confirm it by e-mail. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock errors, pricing errors or suspected fraud; any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in RON and include VAT. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and others as available).

Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days and delivered by courier across Romania, typically within 1-3 working days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal and guarantee

You benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal (GEO 34/2014) and from the legal guarantee of conformity (GEO 140/2021), as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Liability

Always read the instructions and warnings on each product before use, and test on a small, hidden area first. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions on the label and product page.

Intellectual property

All content on squeedo.ro (texts, images, logo, design) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact us first at contact@squeedo.ro. We aim to resolve any issue quickly. You may also address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the alternative dispute resolution platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
