Processing and delivery times

Orders placed on working days are processed within 24 hours. Delivery is by courier, anywhere in Romania, typically within 1-3 working days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your parcel ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before payment.

Receiving your parcel

Please check the parcel on delivery. If the packaging shows visible damage, note this with the courier and contact us at contact@squeedo.ro within 48 hours and we will resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

Wrong or incomplete address

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping costs may apply.
